Fannie Davis

Originally built in 1969, this pergola underwent a full restoration including structural rot repair, lead abatement, and the installation of a new TPO roofing system for improved waterproofing. The Texas Historic Commission provided historically accurate paint, which we used to restore the pergola to its original color and appearance.
