For many years we have consulted for clients, engineers, architects, city government and insurance companies on many areas of preservation and architectural conservation.  One area of expertise we have is for helping our commercial clients receive state and federal Historic Tax Credits for their preservation based projects.  This is a process that can help the client save investment capital on their large or small project.

Design services are something that we can offer for our clients, as well.  We have performed several projects where we were able provide full working drawings, from construction drawings to the cabinets and millwork, for the client.  By keeping certain projects within the design build model, we have achieved great success with schedule and how our sub trades can perform their tasks quickly by nearly eliminating change orders.
